C
Well I finally got the one I thought I
G7
wanted

I no longer have to slip around on
C
you

Cause today the postman brought my
G7
freedom

But I wonder now was it all worth losing
C
you

Yes I wonder how my leaving will
G7
affect

you

After all the heartaches we've been
C
through

But something tells me that someday I may be
G7
sorry

And I wonder now was it all worth losing
C
you

C7

Will the
F
one that I wanted soon grow
C
tired of me

And with
D7
this new found love fade into the distant
G7
b-l-
F
ue

And
C
will your memory always slip around and
G7
haunt

me

And make me wonder now was it all worth losing
C
you
Repeat #3

And
G7
make me wonder now was it all worth losing
C
you
