[C]The object of my [G7]affection can [C]change my com[G7]plexion
From [F]white to [G7]rosy [F]red
[Dm]Anytime she [F]holds my [G7]hand and tells me that she’s [C]mine[Dm]
There are [C]many girls who can [G7]thrill me and [C]some who can [G7]fill me
With [F]dreams of [G7]happi[F]ness
[Dm]But I know I’ll [F]never [G7]rest until she says she’s [C]mine
Now [Dm]I’m not [G7]afraid that she’ll [Dm]leave me
Cause [Am]she’s not the [G7]kind who’ll be [Am]unfair
But in[Dm]stead I trust her implicitly
She can [D7]go where she wants to go
Do what she wants to do [G7]I won’t care
