F
Tell me
C
why do you put up with my foolish ways
You never take to heart the crazy things I say

Oh I
F
know you could walk out on me
C
any

day

There must
Dm
be a darn good reason why you'd
G7
even want to stay

You must
F
really

C
love me
G7
how can it be
Am
true

There are
F
things you'll take from
C
me I won't
Dm
even take from
G7
you

Every
F
time I fall
C
apart you always pull me
Am
through

You must
F
really

C
love me as
G7
much as I love
Am
you

You must
F
really

C
love me as
G7
much as I love
C
you
F

a
C
ppreciate the honesty you've shown to me
And the way you tell your friends that you belong to me

And
F
when you hold me tight it always
C
sets me free

Oh
Dm
this must be the way that true
G7
love was meant to be

You must
F
really

C
love me
G7
how can it be
Am
true

There are
F
things you'll take from
C
me I won't
Dm
even take from
G7
you

Every
F
time I fall
C
apart you always pull me
Am
through

You must
F
really

C
love me as
G7
much as I love
Am
you

You must
F
really

C
love me as
G7
long as you
C
do
