C
Many months has come and gone

Since you
D7
called me on the phone

To
G7
tell me that we were
C
throu
D7
gh

You'd
C
thought you'd break my heart

But I
D7
fooled you from the start
G7
Because I never did trust
C
you

You
G7
thought you were mighty wise

To
C
run around with other guys

And
D7
still sayin' you were
G7
mine
C
While you had one or two

I had a
D7
dozen more than
Am
you

So
G7
you got the foolin' that
C
time

Oh let it rain and let it snow

I
D7
don't care no no no
G7
I'll never worry
C
now
You're the one that wasn't fair

Wasn't
D7
in you to play square

Cause
G7
I'll get along
C
somehow

So
F
you keep goin' your way
C
I'll keep traveling mine

And
F
at the end you'll need a friend

You'd
D7
be the one to
G7
sit and pine

So
C
let it rain and let it snow

I
D7
don't care no no no

Cause
G7
I'll get along
C
somehow

So
F
you keep goin' your way
C
I'll keep traveling mine

And
F
at the end you'll need a friend

You'd
D7
be the one to
G7
sit and pine

So
C
let it rain and let it snow

I
D7
don't care no no no

Cause
G7
I'll get along
C
somehow
