C
Oh what a wonderful wonderful day

Day I will never for
G7
get
After I'd wandered in darkness away

Jesus my Savior I
C
met
Oh what a tender compassionate friend
C7
He met the need of my
F
heart

Shadows dispelling with
C
joy I am telling

He
G7
made all the darkness
C
depart

Heaven came
Am
down and
Dm
glory

G7
filled my
C
soul

(
F
Filled my
C
soul)

When at the
Am
cross the
Dm
Savior

G7
made me
C
whole

(
F
Made me
C
whole)

My
Dm
sins were washed
F
away

And my
C
night was turned to
Am
day
C
Heaven came
Am
down and
Dm
glory

G7
filled my
C
soul

(

soul)
Now I have a hope that will surely endure

After the passing of
G7
time
I have a future in heaven for sure

There in those mansions so
C
sublime
And it's because of that wonderful day
C7
When at the cross I
F
believed

Riches eternal and

blessing

supernal

From
G7
His precious hand I
