Nobody Wins
Written and Recorded by Kris Kristofferson
D7
Anymore it doesn't
G
matter who's right or
D7
wrong

We've been injuring each other for much too
G
long

And it's too late to try to
G7
save what might have
C
been

It's
G
over

D7
nobody

G
wins
D7
Make believing in for
G
ever is just a
D7
lie

And it seems a little sadder each time we
G
try

Cause it's a shame to make the
G7
same mistakes
C
again and again

It's
G
over

D7
nobody

G
wins
G7
We've gone too
C
far too long too far a
G
part

The loving was
A7
easy it's the living that's
D7
hard

And there's no
G
need to stay and see
G7
the way it
C
ends

It's
G
over

D7
nobody

G
wins
C
It's

G
over

D7
nobody

G
wins
