G7
Right now all that
C
you can see is a
F
wall that stands
G7
between

us

I know that you're
C
gonna leave
F
I can't make you
C
stay

I'll always love
E7
you and that's the
Am
way it's always
F
been

Don't mean nothin' to you
G7
now but remember
C
when
E7
Remember when you're lonely
F
1010 Whippoorwill
C
Lane

And
Am
when you're cold with
C
no one to hold remember this old
G7
flame
Am
Remember when you're
Em
longing for the
F
love we had back
C
then
Am
When you need a
C
lover and a
F
friend remember me
G7
remember

C
when

Remember when we walked the beach
F
down at Corpus
G7
Christi

We both got down
C
on our knees and wrote I
F
love you in the
G7
sand

And
C
when we
E7
drove all night to see that
Am
Santa Fe
F
sunrise

Baby don't
G7
forget all the good
C
times
E7
Remember when you're lonely
F
1010 Whippoorwill
C
Lane

And
Am
when you're cold with
C
no one to hold remember this old
G7
flame
Am
Remember when you're longing
Em
for the
F
love we had back
C
then
Am
When you need a
C
lover and a
F
friend

G7
remember

F
me

Am
Baby when you're
Em
longing for the
F
love we had back
C
then
Am
When you need a
C
lover and a
F
friend

G7
remember

F
me

Oh
G7
remember

C
me

G7
remember

C
me
