G
I saw you walking down the street just the other day
C
Took one little look at me and turned the other
G
way
C
Can't say I blame you but I'd
G
like for you to know

How wrong I was to
D7
ever let you
G
go

Just in case you ever change your mind

If you suddenly decide to give me
D7
one more try

I'll be
G
waiting in the wings just
C
looking for a
G
sign

Just in case you
D7
change your
G
mind

What can I say darling what can I do

C
Well I've gotta find some way to change your point of
G
view
C
I've always loved you and
G
that's a natural fact

If you could only find it in your
D7
heart to take me
G
back

Repeat #2

Who is The Forester Sisters?
- The Forester Sisters were an American country music vocal group consisting of sisters Kathy, June, Kim, and Christy Forester. Having performed together locally in their native Lookout Mountain, Georgia, since the 1970s, the four sisters began singing full-time in the 1980s and signed to Warner Records Nashville in 1984. Their greatest commercial success came between then and 1991, when they charted fifteen top-ten hits on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, five of which went to number one: "I Fell in Love Again Last Night", "Just in Case", "Mama's Never Seen Those Eyes", "Too Much Is Not Enough" (with The Bellamy Brothers), and "You Again". They won the Academy of Country Music Group of the Year award in 1986 and were nominated three times for a Grammy Award. In addition to their country music albums, the group also released multiple albums of gospel music and one of Christmas music.
The group's sound is defined primarily by four-part vocal harmonies, most often with Kim or Kathy singing lead. Their style has been compared to other contemporary family-based country music groups such as The Judds and The Whites, while critical reception to their body of work has generally been mixed. The sisters retired from the music industry in 1996 and found work in other fields.
